CEO & Founder

Minda Harts is the founder and CEO of The Memo, and an advocate for women of color in the workplace. She is also the author of book, The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secure a Seat at the Table. She has conducted workshops and keynotes for Time Inc., SXSW, and the New York Public Library. With more than a decade of fundraising and sales experience, Minda has been part of successful fundraising campaigns at a number of top colleges and universities. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service of NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Minda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.


COO & Co-Founder

Lauren Broussard is the co-founder of The Memo. She has over 10 years of experience helping businesses streamline their operations and execute effectively on their vision. She has led, managed, and mentored diverse teams, and previously worked in higher education, market research, and consulting. She is passionate about increasing access and opportunities for women and girls. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from Pepperdine University.
